Erratic weather like lately often makes us lazy to move. Always want to relax while eating a warm meal that makes your throat relieved and delicious, like glutinous rice balls in ginger syrup or wedang ronde.

Wedang ronde is a dish made from glutinous rice flour, mixed with a little water, formed into a circle, boiled, then served with warm and sweet ginger sauce. The size can be small or large, or the rounds can be filled according to taste.

Homemade Wedang Ronde Recipe

Wedang Ronde with Tajba Almond Immune Booster Sauce

Ronde ingredients:
150 grams of glutinous rice flour
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
water
water to boil

Filling ingredients:
75 grams of roasted peanuts
25 grams of lontar palm sugar

Sauce ingredients:
1 bottle of Tajba Almond Immune Booster

How to make:
1. Filling: Puree roasted peanuts. Add lontar palm sugar. Stir well. Make small roundess, set them aside.
2. Ronde: Mix the glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt. Stir well. Add water little by little while kneading. Knead until smooth. Take a pinch of dough, flatten. Fill with stuffing, cover again, round shape. Do it until all the ronde and filling ingredients run out. Heat the water until it boils, enter the dough. Boil until cooked and float. Remove, set aside.
3. Presentation: Take a serving bowl, give ronde, add the heated Tajba Almond Immune Booster as broth. Serve immediately.
