Reducing portions of food here does not mean drastically reducing your food portion, but diet emphasis here is replacing nutritional intake to be more qualified in nutritional terms.

For obese people, the first safe type of diet is the low fat diet. As the name implies, this diet requires not to consume foods high in fat or may only consume low-fat foods. Choose olive oil or canola oil for cooking. While doing this diet, obese people are also prohibited from eating sweet foods, such as cake, ice cream, candy, chocolate, and syrup. Whatever type of sugar is consumed, even if it is pure sugar or that has been processed, it’s good to limit and even avoid the consumption of sugar.

Low-calorie diets become the next type of diet for obesity. You can replace high-calorie foods with high-fiber and low-fat foods such as various vegetables and fruits. Eating fruits and vegetables like apple, pear, banana, strawberry, watermelon, melon, green vegetables, etc, will make your stomach feel full longer. Thus you can reduce your appetite especially foods with high content of calories.

Eating steamed and boiled foods is one type of diet for effective obesity. Foods that are processed by cooking either boiled or steamed have more complete nutrition. That’s because the process of cooking does not make some nutrients lost due to cooking. For people with obesity can consume a variety of vegetables that can be boiled and have a good taste. For example, squash, beans, corn, spinach, kale, and several other vegetables.

Carbohydrates are indeed one of the important substances or nutrients in the body. However, if excessive entry into the body will cause a negative impact. Carbohydrates in the body will be converted into sugar so that it can lead to more severe obesity. Therefore, select complex carbohydrates with low glycemic index such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, and potatoes.

Running a good diet, can lose weight. But still balanced by drinking lots of water and regular exercise.
