Almond Milk Rice Flour Porridge With Lontar Palm Sugar Sauce

Bubur ingredients:
50 g of rice flour
1 teaspoon tapioca flour
250 ml of almond milk
250 ml of water
2 pandan leaves, tie
1/4 teaspoon salt

Sauce ingredients:
250 ml of almond milk
25 g lontar palm sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make:
1. Sauce: Mix all ingredients, stir well. Heat over medium while stirring until boiling. Lift, set aside.
2. Bubur: Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, almond milk, and water. Stir well. Add pandan leaves and salt. Heat over medium while stirring until cooked and thickened. Lift.
3. Presentation: Prepare a serving bowl, add bubur ans sauce. It can be served warm or cold.
